Why this event?

They say that it is lonely at the top for female leaders. You may have found yourself the ONLY female leader in the room. You maybe the only diverse (gender, race, age or parent) leader in the room! I have been in a similar position.  With many leaders quitting and sighting burnout or lack of organisational support, I have created a safe space where like-minded women in leadership can meet online to connect, share, support and grow together!
